Recipe:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
- 2 tangerines, peeled
- 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 4 drops Young Living essential oil
Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until creamy. Pour into two small or one large bowl and top with toppings.
